Return/Exchange of Products
We know that when you are shopping online you are unable to see and handle the products that you buy. Therefore, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.

Please return the items in the original packaging with an explanatory note within.
When we receive your return in its unused and original condition we will refund the purchase price for that item.
It is recommended that you send your returns back to Molemi using a recorded delivery method so that you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
Please note if the product is not in its original condition we will be unable to offer you a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund used or customer damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept the return of non-Sale items within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.
The standard return period will be extended to allow you to purchase gifts without the worry of having to return within 14 days. Purchase made from 1st November 2020 until 18th December 2020 will have until 15th January 2021 to return goods to Molemi for an exchange or refund.
Claims of a Product Fault
Items claimed to contain a fault will be inspected by the manufacturer prior to any claim being settled.
Claims must be made within 12 months of the date of purchase and proof of purchase of the product from Molemi is required.
Claims will not be settled where the products have been subjected to excessive wear and tear.
